Pylon SEO (“we”, “our”) helps merchants manage search-engine optimization for their BigCommerce stores. This policy explains what data we handle.
Store catalog metadata (titles, descriptions, keywords), audit results, redirect configurations, and app settings needed to provide the service. OAuth tokens required to write to your store are encrypted at rest.
If you connect optional integrations (Ahrefs, Bing Webmaster Tools) we transmit only the requests needed to display metrics you request. Your API keys are stored per-store and never shared with other merchants.
Our storefront bundle reads publicly visible page URLs to apply SEO overrides. It sets no advertising or tracking cookies.
Uninstalling the app removes its storefront script. Contact us to delete residual store records; snapshots and audit history are purged within 30 days.
