By installing or using Pylon SEO you agree to these terms.
Pylon SEO provides SEO tooling for BigCommerce stores. Core editing features are provided free of charge; advanced features require an active subscription billed through the app marketplace or Stripe, depending on your checkout path.
You may use the service only for stores you own or are authorized to manage. Do not attempt to access other merchants’ data, abuse rate limits, or use third-party API keys you are not licensed to use (e.g. Ahrefs, Bing).
Features such as bulk edits, templates, rules and A/B tests modify live catalog data. Version history is provided for rollback, but you are responsible for reviewing changes before applying them. We are not liable for lost revenue resulting from SEO changes you approve.
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance and third-party outages (BigCommerce API, search engines) may affect functionality.
You may uninstall at any time. Subscriptions remain active until cancelled in the marketplace billing settings. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
